Overview:
Kathy Kuo Home is seeking a dynamic, visually driven Social & Influencer Coordinator with 2–4 years of experience to lead the day-to-day execution of our influencer and social media programs. This role is perfect for someone who understands the art of brand storytelling, thrives in a design-savvy environment, and brings both creative intuition and operational excellence to the table.
This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the founder, Kathy Kuo, and work across influencer partnerships, UGC strategy, and community engagement, while also contributing fresh, trend-aware content ideas and lightly editing video assets for social media. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role with opportunities for growth in content development, campaign planning, and evolving the cross-platform brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Field and manage inbound influencer outreach, ensuring timely and brand-aligned communication.
Coordinate influencer product orders, monitor delivery timelines, and provide proactive partner updates.
Maintain influencer tracking systems and ensure accurate, real-time updates on content status, performance, and deadlines.
Manage the upload and tagging of UGC on the website with strong attention to quality, conversion potential, and brand consistency.
Support influencer campaign briefs and execution, contributing creative input where appropriate.
Lead daily engagement on Instagram (including two influencer accounts), responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions with a thoughtful, elevated voice.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops and Customer Experience to support influencer and content-related service needs.
Act as an on-brand ambassador in nurturing relationships within the design and lifestyle creator space.
Curate and organize lifestyle and product imagery for use across campaign decks, content calendars, and social storytelling.
Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of Instagram feed and story content using tools like Dash Hudson.
Assist with video editing (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Stories) using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or InShot.
Ideate and pitch forward-thinking, platform-native content that aligns with brand goals and community interests.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital brand communications.
Strong visual eye and editorial sensibility—especially within the luxury, interiors, or lifestyle space.
Experience managing multiple creator/influencer relationships and tracking deliverables across platforms.
Clear, compelling written communication skills with a knack for translating brand values into engaging content.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, influencer platforms, and UGC best practices.
Light video editing capabilities with the ability to turn raw assets into polished, social-ready clips.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-moving environment.
Experience using Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite, influencer tracking tools, or basic Adobe tools.
Prior experience working in a luxury, design-led, or creator-driven brand.
Proximity to NYC for occasional in-person content opportunities or events (strongly preferred).
